SHIPPING COST CALCULATION?
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Please Note: Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time!
Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time
All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.
For Continental US: Standard Shipping: $4.99 for all items
Rest of World: Standard Shipping: $9.99 for all items

The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:

These are our estimates shipping time:
United States: 5-10 business days
Worldwide: 10-25 business days
Total time you receive your order at United States= Handling time + Transit time = 6 – 12 day
Total time it took you to receive your order outside of the US = Handling time + Transit time = 11 – 27 days

We offer worldwide shipping, so you can receive your items no matter where you are.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause the delay.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
DELAYED PACKAGE:
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regard to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: [email protected] with your order number.
PO BOXES AND MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do accept shipments to PO Boxes, but we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
VAT TAXES?
Please note that items shipped internationally from the US we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
